The Hangcha A Series high range stand-on pallet stacker with initial lift is a robust and efficient piece of equipment designed for handling, lifting, and stacking palletized goods in warehouses, distribution centers, supermarkets, and industrial environments. Developed with advanced AC control technology, it offers excellent performance, easy operation, high safety, and low maintenance cost, making it ideal for intensive logistics operations. It has a load capacity ranging from approximately 1,000 kg to 1,600 kg and a lifting height of up to 5,500 mm, depending on the configuration. The equipment is fully electric, powered by battery systems (lead-acid or lithium options), ensuring low noise, zero emissions, and efficient energy consumption. Designed for stand-on operation, it provides better productivity in medium to long-distance movements. The initial lift system allows the support arms to raise, improving ground clearance and enabling operation on uneven floors or ramps. Its structure is built with high-strength steel and a low center of gravity, ensuring greater stability, durability, and long service life. Additionally, it features ergonomic controls (such as the REMA tiller), smooth driving performance, reduced vibration for operator comfort, and easy maintenance access through a fully openable rear cover. The compact design also allows efficient operation in narrow aisles while maintaining high handling performance.
